• I’ve bought my products, how do I claim my Gift Card?
  That’s easy! Simply download and fill in a claim form from the
  attach the qualifying delivery note/invoice and send off your claim form before
  14th July 2007. Download Now.

• How many times can I claim?
  The Apprentice Gift Card is FREE and UNLIMITED – you
  can claim as many times as you like! Just be sure to send each
  application with a separate claim form and with the correct number
  of qualifying delivery notes/invoices.

• When will I receive my Card?
  3M will write to you within 7 days confirming your application, but
  please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your Apprentice Gift Card.
  
  For advice on how to claim, if your application has been rejected or if you have had no correspondence for 28 days or more, then please call the 3M Customer Care line on 0800 121 8692.
